Method Study Details.

Using our documentation and new work instructions, we are now ready to install our new methods of operation.

The new methods and their potential benefits will have to be presented to, and accepted by, the mangagement of the organisation, the supervisors and people who are to perform the new methods.
Preparation for the implementation of the new ways of working and control of the changes should be monitored to ensure ease of delivery.

We should never leave the new methods alone once they have been installed. Checks should be made on a regular basis to ensure correct adherance to the new methods, so the benefits can be realised.

Once the mew methods of work are in place, accepted and worked to, we should now look to start our process again to let us continually improve our organisation.
